Shawn Humphries is back with his sought after golf schools for a very limited time and only offering a handful dates to a few participants. Golf Magazine Top 100 Teacher in America and GRAA Top 50 Coach, Shawn is offering up his personal time to work with you on your game in 2015. He dedicates the majority of his time in developing world-class youth athletes at his headquarters and training facility in Dallas, Texas. Why Are We Doing This?

One of the biggest additions he made to his training and academy is the Mental Management System designed by legendary world record holder and Olympic Bronze, Silver and Gold Medal winner Lanny Basham.

For the last four years, Shawn has worked side-by-side with Olympic Gold Medalist Lanny Bassham and his son Troy in becoming a licensed certified Mental Management Coach. In that time frame, 95% of Humphries youth athletes have accomplished their goals every year and in his 14-year run of his academy — 100% of his Elite Graduating Seniors have been offered golf scholarships! And this system has produced 10 wins on the PGA & LPGA Tours.

Regardless of your skill set, Shawn will tell you that learning the Mental Management System (MMS) has been a game changer for him personally as well as his coaches and academy members. We have integrated MMS into our training and I can’t imagine not teaching, training and coaching without MMS. It truly define everything you are doing as a teacher, trainer and coach. It’s great for us but even better for the student.

What You Can Learn?

Humphries has designed an Express (MMS) system for his adult schools so the recreational golfer can learn, implement and gain immediate results from the legendary system Lanny Bassham has designed. Lanny’s system is not based on psychology, instead its 100% based on competition. Lanny did his apprenticeship in the area of Olympic pressure. The system credibility is not based on curriculum courses taken in college, but rather in the gold medals and medals of students won in the Olympics. It’s not theory: its simply what works. My goal is to share with you the mental techniques that Lanny discovered and used to win.

Abacoa Golf Club is located in the heart of one of the best golf communities in the country – Jupiter, Florida. With all the surrounding competition, Abacoa Golf Club features a popular course that stands out from the rest. The experience at Abacoa combines the best in golf challenge, luxurious amenities and tropical scenery.

The layout at Abacoa is one of the finest South Florida public golf courses, boasting a design by renowned course architect Joe Lee. At Abacoa lush, rolling fairways weave through undulated landscape surrounded by serene lakes and native vegetation. In typical Joe Lee style, Abacoa’s lakes and bunkers meets its sloping fairways with little obstruction. This course is challenging but fair to golfers of all skill and experience levels. The greens are TifEagle grass and some of the highest quality putting surfaces in all of Florida. Abacoa Golf Club is one of the few Florida golf course that can boast about its unique elevation changes. It’s a true treat to play.

The facility has just completed its renovations that include a new practice and training facility. Golf School guest will have their own private training facility that includes an expansive hitting deck, short-game facility, and training green.
