Low Pitch Shot
To lower the ball flight on your pitch shots, close the face when you turn back.
High Pitch Shot
To elevate the ball flight on your pitch shots, allow the toe of the club to point upward when you turn back. The back of your left hand and clubface will line up together and your ball flight will be higher.
Thanks for the tip. Very helpful. How does one keep from flipping the wrists at the ball at impact and either chunking or blading the shot? Also, was there any weight transference on the backwing. I’ve heard that on pitch shots you start with most of your weight on the left side and it stays on the left side through impact and follow-though.
Once again Shawn, thanks for the ‘tip’. just one question , what club/loft did you use ?
Regards,
Stan.
I ordered Eric jones series on wedges from 75-125 yards, I can not find this on the beginbettergolf.com web site. Please advise.
